Bicycle Safety Education was established in the Mid-Valley Bicycle Club bylaws as part of our club's primary purpose, and there is a long history of commitment to this charter.

Over the years, the MVBC has made significant financial and volunteer contributions to Bicycle Education & Safety Programs, delivered now through the Albany and Corvallis public schools. MVBC also sponsors and leads a Bicycle Helmet Program, which donates to area children who need but can't afford this important safety gear.
